We have some essential things to share – please read this carefully. Your contact person will get back to you within a few hours. If they didn’t, please message the academy because it might be that the system didn’t send us the confirmation email. It is not a biggie because we must log in and get your information manually. Please get in touch with us to process your booking, downpayment, and study materials to avoid delays.

Next – and this is very, very, very important!

For every freediving (or scuba) course, you need to fill in a medical form – again, not a biggie, but in the email, you will see the questions on the form. There is NO need to print or send it to us – we will organize this at the shop when you arrive, but please check the questions.

IMPORTANT: If you fill in a YES, you must get a medical clearance before starting the course.

If there is any doubt, don’t hesitate to contact us – it’s better to contact us early than to regret it – we can’t start the course without a medical clearance.

Are you joining us for a Molchanovs freediving course? Then, this is the Medical Questionnaire v1.3 from Molchanovs that you need to fill in.

Are you joining us for an AIDA freediving course? Then, this Medical Statement v2.2 needs to be filled in.

If you join us for an SSI course, you must complete this Medical Questionnaire. All guests doing an SSI Instructor Course with us need to print it out, have a physician sign it, and stamp the form.

And again, if there is a No, please get in touch with us or immediately get it signed by a physician. If all are marked by only Yes’s, there is no need to print it. We will print it in Panglao and prepare it for you here.

Lastly, don’t buy any gear specifically for the course.

We have all the rental equipment you would possibly need during the course. If you want to get your own gear, please get in touch with us, too, since we can offer student discounts on selected items online and in the academy.
