Something came up. Can I cancel my reservation?
Of course, it’s always possible to cancel. However, depending on when you cancel—and which course you booked—we will, in most cases, reschedule the course. Only when you cancel within 48 hours of starting the course will the 20% down payment be forfeited.
It is better to let us know ahead of time so that we can check out what we can do for you. In most cases, it’s relatively easy to reschedule, and you can still come to Panglao to freedive with us.
