Can I get a refund for the long-term programs?
The freediving internships are often booked a year in advance and are very popular. When the downpayment is received, the reservation is final.
If for some reason, you can’t make it to Panglao on the booked dates, we can not give you a refund for the downpayment. Of course, you are more than welcome to reschedule, but you can not use the first down payment as a credit.
Starting on January 1st, 2023, we no longer refund courses from the Level 1 and 2 combos, the one-month (Level 1, 2 and 3 combo) development programs, or the beginner to freediving instructor programs (Zero to Heroe programs) that have started.
As a long-term development or Zero to Hero student, you will get a lot of personal attention and many personal coaching sessions with the different instructors, master instructors and course directors. It is impossible to calculate how many sessions and costs we made to train you.
If, for example, during the program, you decide that although you love freediving, you don’t want to become a freediving instructor, then that’s, of course, totally fine. Still, we can not refund you the instructor course because we based the attention given on the total package of 3 to 6 months of courses and training with us in Panglao.
