I have asthma. Can I freedive?

Yes, you can freedive if you have asthma. The (yoga-based) breathing techniques used in freediving have a natural soothing effect, which helps control anxiety and asthma. Just let us know so that we can help you out with this.

I have other respiratory problems. Can I still freedive?

We want you to join us, but your safety is our priority as well. Please check with your physician or a diving specialist before you start participating in a more competitive course.

For more information on this topic, please check the article: do I need to have a medical check before freediving?
