Is there a job guarantee after the instructor course?
We get this question a lot, and we can not answer it with a simple yes or no.
There is no job guarantee. We are a big team, have fantastic instructors ready to teach, and we most likely have enough people on the team.
That said, the curse of the dive industry is that finding good people long-term is not very easy. Most people stay for 2 to 6 months and travel to another island.
Even though we don’t offer a guarantee for work, it is very simple. It is very difficult to find long-term stayers. If you prove yourself to us, be part of the team, be helpful, and enjoy your time with the instructor and local team, we will definitely offer you a full-time or part-time position.
If you show your worth during the zero-to-hero program, internships, or freediving instructor course and training, we simply can not let you go.
