What fitness level should I be in for the course?
There is no certain fitness level required to enroll in a beginner freediving course. As long as you can swim comfortably in open water, you have what it takes!
A good fitness benchmark for beginner courses is being able to swim 100 meters unassisted without a set time as a target. If you can do this in open water, you are good to go.
If you are unsure or not feeling well while you’re in the water with us, just let us know so that we can assess whether you can safely freedive. We are your freediving family, so we want you to be safe and sound while enjoying your first steps into the world of freediving.
