What things do I need to bring to start freediving?
The freediving gear you need for freediving is a mask and snorkel, and you are good to go. Of course, proper freediving fins and a freediving wetsuit are nice too, but nofins freediving can be done with merely a mask.
You don’t necessarily need to bring anything to your course. We have all the gear you might need, but if you have your own equipment, such as freediving fins, freediving masks, and wetsuits, be sure to bring it with you. Freediving with your own gear is always more convenient, and having your own fitting equipment will always enhance your performance.
