Why do I get multiple shipments?

We pride ourselves on delivering quickly with storage in the Netherlands, China, and the Philippines. However, it may happen that some items are not in stock. We then contact the manufacturer and ask if they can ship the goods directly to you. These additional shipping costs are for us—you will not get billed for this.
