Freedive Academy Panglao seeks an individual who provides various kinds of administrative support for our office, our website and personnel administration.
Freedive Academy Panglao is a World Class freedive center offering freediving courses in Panglao for beginners all the way up to Instructors with a unique training location suited for World Champions. You’ll be working in an international team of professionals who love their jobs and customers from all over the world. The team you’ll be working with is a fantastic team of very experienced Level 1 and Level 2 instructors, interns and a great support team from all over the world.
40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Due to increasing business expansion, Freedive Academy Panglao is hiring a skilled individual to join our team as administrative support. The person will handle administrative tasks, such as order processing, processing receipts, entry-level accounting in MS Excel and act as an extension of the sales team when representatives are away from the office. The person also acts as a point of contact for suppliers and customers with queries about orders or deliveries. This above average paid position is an excellent opportunity to work at a modern business and a great experienced team. - Assisting in daily office needs
- Email support for customers
- Contact with suppliers
- Placing purchase orders
- Performs related duties as required
Experience in an administrative position is not required. However, we are looking for a specific skill set;
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge with Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheet
- Excellent organisational skills
- The ability to work independently on projects while meeting deadlines
- Be based or willing to move to Panglao or Bohol
- And are a team player, and can function as a representative for the company
