Job Responsibilities
Retail Management: Oversee daily operations of our retail stores in the Freedive Academy and Adventure Center, ensuring smooth processes, excellent customer service, and optimal sales performance.
Inventory Management: Manage purchasing, stock control, and distribution for all retail locations.
E-commerce & Distribution: Expand our online presence by optimizing e-commerce platforms, exploring new distribution channels (like Amazon), and setting up international warehousing.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and train the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, negotiate partnerships, and drive overall growth in retail and e-commerce.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in retail management, e-commerce, or a related field.
Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain logistics.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) is a major plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Location and Logistics
This is a full-time position based at Freedive Academy and our office in Tangnan, Panglao. We are seeking Filipinos living in Panglao, Tagbilaran, or willing to relocate.
