Job Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, answering questions and resolving issues.
Assist with bookings, reservations, and inquiries for tours and activities.
Manage customer feedback and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
Collaborate with tour guides and staff to coordinate seamless operations.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays.
Passion for watersports and tourism is a major advantage.

Location and Logistics
This is a full-time position based at the academy and Napaling Adventure Center in Tangnan, Panglao. We are seeking Filipinos living in Panglao, Tagbilaran, or willing to relocate. Remote work is not currently an option for this role.
