Job Responsibilities
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Sales Clerk / Sales Representative. This multifaceted role combines excellent customer service with salesmanship, requiring someone who is comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and promoting our freediving courses, tours, and equipment.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Answer phone calls and emails, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our services.
Manage bookings for freediving courses and tours, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Advise customers on freediving equipment, making recommendations based on their needs and skill level.
Process sales transactions, handling cash and electronic payments.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Actively participate in the promotion of Freedive Academy, engaging with potential customers and representing the brand positively.
Qualifications
Female between 23 and 40 years old.
Proven sales experience in a customer-facing role.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to interact confidently with foreign guests.
A genuine interest in freediving, tours in Panglao and Bohol, and a willingness to learn about our offerings.
Hands-on approach and a proactive attitude.
Located in Panglao, Dauis, Tagbilaran, or willing to relocate.

Location and Logistics
This is a full-time position based, available immediately at the Freedive Academy in Tangnan, Panglao. We are seeking Filipinos living in Panglao, Tagbilaran, or who are willing to relocate.
