We are looking for a Sales and Customer Support Colleague.

We are looking for our office in Tangnan Panglao, a new Sales and Customer Support Team Member. As our Sales and Customer support, you will process our online orders and orders received directly from our sales reps. You are responsible for answering customer questions via email and social media channels.

You will work mainly for the Freedive Academy and Go Deep Freediving but also support the other smaller brands of the Apnea Sports Group, which are all related to freediving, swimming and outdoor water and adventure sports.

 

Possible Qualifications:

  • Experienced in customer service
  • Experienced in in-office sales
  • Serviced minded
  • Structured and organisational
  • Can work with attention to detail
  • Comfortable with computers, email and CRM programs
  • The ability to work independently on projects while meeting deadlines

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders
  • Tracking order delivery
  • Packaging and shipping orders.
  • Answering customer queries
  • Supporting the sales reps with account creation and order processing.
  • And much more.

 

Start Date:

Immediately, long term with a 3-month trial

 

Structure:

40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, but with overtime possibility in case of events working during the weekends.

 

Salary:

It entirely depends on experience.
