Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Identify and secure new business opportunities.
Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in a sales role with a demonstrated track record of success.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience in the dive industry is a major advantage.

Location and Logistics
This is a full-time position based at our office in Tangnan, Panglao. We are seeking Filipinos living in Panglao, Tagbilaran, or willing to relocate. Remote work is not currently an option for this role.
