Our freediving equipment sales representatives are responsible for processing customer orders and communicating the benefits of our services, products, and equipment in order to drive sales.
The sales reps are the point of contact between the equipment company Go Deep Freediving (and our Freedive Academy) and their prospects or clients. They have a range of responsibilities, including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance related to our products and services.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
- Motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Selling, negotiation and communication skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
Experience in the diving industry is a big plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Start Date:
- Immediately, long term with a 3-month trial
Structure:
- 40 hours/week, usually Monday to Friday, but in case of special events the possibility of weekend work is here.
Salary:
- Base salary with sales commission and uncapped earning potential
