Job Responsibilities
Lead snorkeling and freediving tours in the stunning Napaling Reef.
Guide kayak, glass-bottom boat, and stand-up paddleboard tours.
Ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Provide information on local marine life and the surrounding environment.
Assist with equipment rental and tour logistics.
Job Requirements
Strong swimming and watersports skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in guiding or instructing watersports is a plus but not required.

Location and Logistics
This is a full-time position based at our office in Tangnan, Panglao. We are seeking Filipinos living in Panglao, Tagbilaran, or willing to relocate. Remote work is not currently an option for this role.
