I & my boyfriend took 2 days coaching course with “Olga” the great instructor! She has super fun personality and she gave us “to the point” feedbacks to improve our Constant weight no fins dive. We felt improved a lot in these 2 days thanks to her. She is a great instructor. Also we stayed at “Backhouse” and our stay was so comfortable. The place has everything you need. There is also a 25 meters pool where you can train dynamic or static apnea. We had chance to train in the pool by our own. Additionally, all the people working at Freedive Academy Panglao are super kind and helpful. We really felt at home thanks to them. I hope everyone can have chance to train and accommodate here. We would love to come back again and train with the Academy!

Probably the highlight of our trip. Swimmers and non-swimmers will have a blast. We are a family of four and we're provided with 2guides and 2 go pros. My only complaint is there are limited choices of fins and even very limited goggles. My daughter's goggles keep fogging up and me& hubby's keep getting filled with water no matter how tight they are.

I had an amazing and memorable experience. I and my friends booked for snorkeling. As soon as we arrived at the academy we were assisted by the friendly staff and drive to the diving/snorkeling spot. There’s a huge school of sardines, other fishes, and beautiful coral reefs. The competent staff ensured our safety as we swim and they are also taking photos and videos. I highly recommend them and would like to try diving on our next visit.

Our Beginner Freediving Course was very informative. We had an amazing instructor Ram who is fun, patient, and knowledgeable. If you want to learn useful skills in the water, I highly recommend this academy. Thanks to Ram and the entire team for their hospitality.

I've been training at Freedive Academy Panglao for several months now, and it’s been an amazing journey. The instruction is world-class and super supportive (Thank you again Scott and Vincent 🤿)! knowledgeable, and truly focused on helping you grow both in skill and mindset.

I have felt really welcomed into a group of passionate, inspiring people who genuinely care about each other and the ocean. It’s more than just a academy—it’s a base for growth, connection, and unforgettable underwater experiences.

What a great experience!

I'd done some snorkeling/spearfishing/freediving before so initially I was a bit skeptical about doing a course in freediving and spending the money on it too.

How wrong I was! Honestly from the first session in the classroom my instructor Ven (an absolute legend) proved the money and the time was going to be well spent. The information about the physiology and mechanics of freediving was invaluable and whilst available online, nothing hits it home better than a super informed coach teaching you face to face.

If, like me, you've spent a long time messing around snorkeling and freediving then the main reason why I'd so highly recommend the Freedive Academy Panglao, and in particular a level 1 Freediving course, is safety. I had very little knowledge of the dangers and risks and in the past probably came closer to those dangers than I'd care to admit. Understanding the changes that happen in the body and being mindful of them is the biggest takeaway I've gotten by doing this course.

In the water I felt safe and supported at all times, again shout out to my instructor, Ven, who pushed me to find my limits and safely push past them. By the end of the course I'd dived to 18m and held my breath for 3:49! Both things I had little expectation of achieving at the start.

The spot is beautiful, Napaling Reef is a stunning wall that drops away for 35m and is home to a school of at least a thousand sardines that whirl and dash through the water as you chase them. It can get busy but if you get out early you miss the crowds (mostly)

All in all I had a fantastic time pushing some pretty cool limits in a safe, professional environment, will 1000% be returning to do my Level 2.

The pool and classes are really good and it's make the course more comfterble.
The instructors very good and the location it's 1min from the Reef and that amazing.

I had an amazing coaching session with Bob, I learned a lot and love to come back to have some more coaching with him! I also did a fun freedive with Ryan at Napaling reef, gorgeous place and amazing videos and photos came out of it!

我是在kkday買沙丁魚行程的。
活動前1-2天客服提醒我們要提早15-20分鐘到達潛店集合，我們只有兩個人，所以簽文件和套蛙鞋只花5分鐘左右，潛店有提供面鏡、呼吸管、短蛙鞋，自己要記得帶kkday憑證和換洗衣物，潛店會幫忙接送到海邊，包包則可以留在潛店。
到海邊就跟著導潛一起下水，導潛會帶自潛浮球，體力不好的人在海上可以抓著休息，想玩自潛的人有這東西也更為方便。導潛會幫忙拍照和錄影，入水處就有非常多沙丁魚，多到讓人嘆為觀止，錄影起來也非常漂亮，之後再帶我們往後游，大約有兩三個下潛點，但大致上都離岸邊不遠，只是後面就沒有沙丁魚了，會有一些珊瑚和小丑魚。海底是類似斷層地形，岸邊相對淺5米左右但是到一個距離後會突然變深，我們當天都沒有流和浪，很適合練習自潛。
大約一小時左右就會上岸接送回潛店，我和我朋友都還意猶未盡，沙丁魚風暴真的太美了，回到潛店後有提供大毛巾和淋浴間、更衣間，還蠻方便的，最後再接收剛剛導潛拍的影片和照片（使用GoPro app或連結type c)，結束這趟完美的旅程。
