Description

Molchanovs Carbon Bifins C1 (2018)

The Molchanovs Carbon Bifins C1 2018 are produced by carbon specialist Proteus. These new fins are thinner and lighter but extra powerful! The blades are made entirely out of carbon fibre while produced through the use of innovative vacuum infusion production technology – providing powerful and flexible blades. The quality of the new Molchanovs Carbon Bifins C1 2018 is incredible and for sure used for creating new world records! These 2018 bifins are the upgraded version of the bifins used by Alexey Molchanov at the Big Blue World Cup 2015 to create the deepest freedive ever with bifins.

These carbon bifins have the right modernised design you will be proud of wearing. One of the smart features of the Molchanovs C1 fin is its rough shark skin texture on the bottom of the blades. This practical design has two benefits: it reduces light reflection, and it produces micro-turbulence that moderates the water friction. The purpose of this unique feature is for ergonomics, which provides a practical design for more effective stroke that requires minimal effort.

The Molchanovs Carbon Bifins C1 are lightweight and have very thin blades, and are in perfect companion with the proven and tested Immersion foot pockets made of high-quality soft rubbers. For strong swimmers, the special carbon inserts are made available for you! The carbon inserts harden the soles and improve the responsiveness of the fins while adding to your foot size, enhancing cosiness.

The carbon bifins are now available in smaller (and bigger) sizes too!

Anyone with a smaller foot size knows how difficult it is to find carbon bifins with a smaller foot pocket. We are pleased to announce that from now on we can supply the Molchanovs bifins in the sizes 36/38 and 46/48 too.

We’ll continue to send out the Molchanovs carbon bifins in the sizes 38/40, 40/42, 42/44 and 44/46 with Immersion foot pockets. For the bifin sizes 36/38 and  46/48, we’ll use Pathos foot pockets.

If you prefer to have the sizes 38/40, 40/42, 42/44 or 44/46 with Pathos foot pockets, please contact us.

When available please always use the sizing tables of the manufacturer. As an additional reference, we compiled a shoe and feet size conversion chart with the international standards in shoe and feet sizes. When still in doubt please feel free to contact us at any time. Thank you!

Thank you for the quick delivery, I’m really happy with my new fins!! Took them with me to the pool yesterday, and what a difference with my ‘old’ ones – also carbon but won’t name the brand here 😉 But very happy with the stiffness of the blades, and with the foot pockets too which are tight but comfortable.

I’m super stoked with the fins! They look awesome! Thanks a lot for the quick delivery, I received them just in time for my trip to Dahab! 5 stars well deserved!
