Only just recently added to the Molchanovs products are the silicone bifins. From the moment Molchanovs sent out the newsletter and launched the freediving fins, they have been incredibly popular!

The new core silicone bifins are the ideal training fins for all levels of freedivers, but they are especially recommended for those joining a beginner freediving course. Molchanovs even recommends using these silicone fins before starting with ‘normal’ freediving fins.

Whether you are a beginner, an instructor or an elite freediver, we train with certain objectives. Whether this is developing symmetry in your kicking, building up efficiency, strength or something completely different doesn’t matter. The Molchanovs Core Silicone Bifins material is hypoallergenic and UV-resistant with the Molchanovs minimalistic design. They can accommodate both narrow and wide feet due to the flexibility of the silicone. The arch support keeps feet in the optimal position during kick cycles to provide maximum efficiency, while the open-heel design is anatomically designed for a comfortable fit.
