This limited warranty applies to physical goods and only for physical goods purchased in our dive center in Panglao or via freediveacademy.com.
What does this limited warranty cover?
This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
During the warranty period, Freedive Academy Panglao will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
The Freedive Academy Panglao will repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
How long does the coverage last?
The warranty period for physical goods purchased from Freedive Academy Panglao is three months from the date of purchase unless the manufacturer dictates otherwise.
A replacement physical good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good or three months from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This limited warranty does not cover any problems caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
This warranty policy does not apply to 2nd hand items we sell in the dive center in Panglao or online unless specified differently on the product pages (*).
If the damage is detected, open the package in the presence of the postal employee. In the event of damage to the product, the postal worker is obliged to draw up a rapport. Without this rapport, we can not accept responsibility for the damage.
