It was nice being away from our desks for a bit but it’s time to move forward again. First of all, thank you, thank you, thank you for all the amazing messages we received! The support has been incredible! At the moment we are slowly catching up on the many many emails and messages – our apologies for the delay – we are doing our best to come back to you today – or latest tomorrow. Starting today the academy is open, taking a course with us and retail in Panglao are possible again. Unfortunately, we still have no power…
But the good news is, we do expect to be reconnected to the grid probably in the next week or so. By next week things should be back to somewhat normal and I mean really back to somewhat normal again since the big news last week was – next week the Philippines will reopen up for international tourists again – after two years lockdown! Great news! The first freedivers booked their tickets already! This also means – we are immediately going to rebuild the damage caused by the typhoon!
We have a team starting next week and we’re very determined and excited about our plans! No electricity, rebuilding the shop, reopening after a two-year lockdown, it will be chaotic and messy but we’re going to have fun! 🙂 Better get ready for a lot of updates from Panglao! Thanks again for all the support these last weeks. The two years here were long and tiring but thanks to you we’re pulling through!
